• IMC365 provides services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties (express or implied).

• We disclaim liability for negligence, contractual breaches, or business interruptions.

• To the extent permissible by law, IMC365’s total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the past 6 months.

• We can suspend or terminate access at any time for Terms violations or inactivity.

• When terminated, content you uploaded may be deleted.

• You may also cancel your account and services at any time—no refunds for partial months.

11. Payments & Subscription

• Fees are billed upfront for subscription and optional services (e.g., SME coaching).

• No refunds or credits for early cancellation unless required by law.

• We may change prices but will notify you 30 days before changes take effect.

12. Refunds & Cancellations

• Registration and service fees are generally non-refundable.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Any refunds will be at our discretion and subject to applicable laws.
